Fix issue#23 : Added Play-options #56

Added play options component

Added 5 buttons , clicking create game button will handle click event

Clicking join game button to display a form along with a cross button

Remaing buttons to navigate to about and settings page

I think it should work now and can we customise that input and button or it will be done via another pr

Thank you @Abhishek-Punhani for your Pull Request. Every Pull request matters but we have found out a better PlayOptions page for the same. For now I am closing this issue.
