Alexa only says hello and nothing else #8

So i followed the exact procedure to make it headless and when i restart the pi I only hear a hello and after that nothing happens. No response from alexa to any wakeword. Just a hello in the beginning and nothing else after that. I checked the status of my client, companion and wakeword services and all of them are running without any error.

i also removed sudo from the wakeword service and still the same

I am having similar problems. I am using the latest version of pi 3. Alexa always says Hello. headless-alexa-avs-sample-app git package is up-to-date. What is the solution?

Same problem here. I've tried various things and removed sudo from the wakeword service. Something seems to be alive in there - speakers give a little crack sometimes when I say the wakeword - but really nothing is working. Checking the status shows that all services are working... so I tried to add a sleep 15 at the beginning of the client service - to make sure the companion app has started before starting the client. No difference.

Any thoughts? This is running on a Pi Zero W. Otherwise everything works fine...
