As a developer I want to create a backend endpoint for the payment gateway's callback So that the payment status can be updated securely.

Tasks:

[ ] - Set up a backend route to receive payment gateway callbacks.
[ ] - Ensure the endpoint can process POST requests.

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] A callback URL endpoint is created to handle payment gateway responses.
[ ] The endpoint is accessible and ready to receive status updates.
