Raw HTML escape for ChoiceImage

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a question with the type Radio Image List
2. point your Browser to survey_detail

What is the expected output?
* See the image
What do you see instead?
* I see an escaped html string

What version of the product are you using? 
svn trunk

Thanks for the patch!
I thought this was all working at one point, but things change fast with django.
The sample site was working fine last I checked, but I guess they fixed the 
choice
list escaping on the django trunk.
