State the dependencies in the pom file #193

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using version 2.8-preview on Ubuntu 10.10

Version 2.8 was updated to use commons-codec 1.5. There was a bugfix on version 
1.5 that triggered a code change in spymemcached, class 
ConfigurationProviderHTTP, method buildAuthHeader.

Since the pom.xml file doesn't state the dependencies I still had commons-codec 
version 1.4 in my own project and hence version 2.8-preview wouldn't work for 
me.

Please include the dependencies in the pom file or your maven support won't be 
reliable.

fixed with 2.7.2 and 2.7.3, leaving this open for 2.8

Should be fixed for the 2.8 developer preview 3. Please reopen if this is still 
an issue.
