dx,dy values should be signed #2

I can't remember whether it's dx or dy or what octant it is, but put a test
in for all of them.

After a refresher course in the source code, apparently dx and dy are unsigned.
They're ints in the callback, but the values I pass are always positive. I will
update the library to fix this for libfov 1.0.4.
