[bug] -watch 的健壮问题，基本用不了 #79

  1. 父模板在 _layouts 目录下的情况 
    2020/02/17 10:35:57 CreateFile F:\workspace-go\api-server\app\views\front\_layouts\base.html___jb_old___: The system cannot find the file specified

2.父模板目录名很正常的情况

2020/02/17 10:38:15 dependency F:\workspace-go\api-server\app\views\front\index.html not parsed

之前这个功能只在*nux下测试过 看起来是windows下是有问题的
