Clicking 'Repository' in Working Copy window behavior has changed (not to working copy ROOT) #195

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click 'Repository' in Working Copy window

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Open window to Repository at location of Working Copy's ROOT, not SVN 
Repository ROOT

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3.4

I believe that this is the same as issue 170.
