Add Beatmania IIDX product #3

WIP

This is supposed to include product specifications regarding Beatmania IIDX cabinet assemblies, IO boards, PCBs, upgrade kits etc.

I still have to figure out a decent structure to bootstrap this without having to re-organize the various sections over and over. Early feedback/input welcome regarding the rough outline and finding a decent direction.

I've been thinking today if some kind of linked nodes format for this all makes sense, especially so that we can just link to the boards already in boards.md instead of repeating this info here (and so we can stop naming them "BemaniPC type X", which is not an ideal naming for anything)...

Yeah, that sounds meaningful. I think we need to approach this bottom up from a hardware/parts perspective and reference/link everything top down from a product/cabinet/full assembly perspective. Avoids repeating stuff and it might already create a somewhat natural structure.
