Updated Steam version to download #84

Hello. I noticed the steam version being downloaded is pretty old. I don't know the reason so I updated it

Thanks! This is a bootstrap executable, so there no issue with downloading an old version, but there also no reason to stick to it. I just don't check it for updates.
