Add users management #6

There should be a basic admin role, and then individual users.

I was just thinking this myself, I'd like to see a user management feature allow separation of users and admins and their links.

This app is been doing really great for us but a major drawback for us is the UI has no user management. So if we can have an admin and access based user management that would be great since url shortners are majourly used for services that go external, so we need to manage who can delete or edit shortened url.

Due to this for now we have kept the UI down.

Would be great to have this feature

also I am using shlink web client and want to use this dashboard. Is this a sep deployment we can take or integration.

Shlink dashboard is far from done, and this issue is meant to track one is its initial capabilities.
