Remove GitHub pages; back to standard README.md #73

All awesome-* repos use standard README.md file. This repo started as such and move off to GitHub pages. We now normalize it back into README.md.

With this PR all gh-pages related code is removed. When merged, project settings will need to change, and gh-pages branch to point out that README.md is now source of truth.
