Please upload RPM spec file #26

Hello,

I need to do a local build of your project with some site-specific default 
values (mysql socket path, etc.).

Could you please upload the RPM spec file?

Jason,
I'm using py-dist to build the RPM. It creates the spec file automatically by 
converting the existing setup.py file.

I'm uploading a spec file for you to see, but you should keep in mind it's 
automatically generated.
