Promote implementations by more sample codes and tutorials step by step

We definitely need to making more example implementations to show exactly how to get it done. List of things needed to be done:

• [x] sample code for custom model (https://github.com/shlomiassaf/resty-stone/blob/master/example/routes/api/Post.js)
• [ ] sample code for with custom business logics on top of the existing model
• [ ] sample code for making cross models display on single api
• [ ] sample code for post data or add data for single model
• [ ] sample code for post data or add data for single model with business logics or conditions
• [ ] sample code for update model data on single or listed data

From I have learned before from https://wordpress.org/plugins/json-api/other_notes/ , I think we should make documentation like this so that people can look at it and code it easily. That what I hope it should be or better.

I would love to add a lot of samples, examples and comprehensive documentation. This is crucial to the success of any framework, especially REST framework.

The problem is time, I have my day job and of course completing the features i need for resty-stone...

It will take some time, resty-stone was built last weekend, no rush :)
