Media Questions #171

  1. Change media checkbox to a yes/no/blank drop-down and label it "Newspaper"
    • For existing entries, if they had checked the previous box, it will be marked yes. If not, it will be left blank.
  2. Add a new yes/no/blank drop-down for "Interview".
    • This will be left blank for all existing entries.
