The animation/simulation doesn't work well in mobile or tab #12

The framework should be rearranged to sort out the columns of the grid.

The tooltip containers need scrollbars for mobile/small screens. The icons_container needs to be given a certain look - either horizontal or vertical.

Made it mobile friendly. Testing by the students is required.
