Enable creation of Android shortcuts to tfilot #110

Application Llama tracks phone's location and other parameters. Based on 
incoming events it might execute certain actions on the phone.

One of possible actions is starting android shortcuts to other programs.

For that anddaaven should enable creation of android shortcuts. The creation 
step should allow selection of the desired tfila.

I would like to combine the two apps to trigger launching of android shortcut 
"anddaaven:tfilat_haderech" whenever I approach city exit. To get user's 
attention, Llama will play specific ringtone.

The feature would also be useful for people who want single-tap access to 
frequently used tfilot.

If that sounds as too much work, then provide table of available intents and 
tfilot they open.
