Early Taanit Esther is not detected #93

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the app on a Thursday, 11 Adar (Adar 2 in a leap year)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see mincha for taanit listed as a choice.  Instead it is still hidden.
