Add Special Mincha for Erev Yom Kippur #96

There may be Mincha Minyanim outside of shuls and it'd be amazing to have the 
extra Al Cheits for Erev Yom Kippur in the app before September 12th

I'll have to look for a source text that I can use.  Hopefully I can find one 
in time!
