Device-independant Hebrew support #2

Hebrew should be displayed correctly on all devices.  This requires some
kind of font/text drawing infrastructure, as well as correctly doing
right-to-left ordering.

Until there is mixed Hebrew/English being drawn, simply drawing in reverse
should suffice.
