We should support other nuschaot in addition to Ashkenaz.  For this to be
relatively painless, we'll need to be able to store the preferred nusach.

I'm listing the target milestone as 0.8, since it is arguably related to
having a &amp;quot;chazzan mode&amp;quot;, but it could be done much faster if
someone helps
with the texts.
