V'Sein Brahcha Reminider instead of V'Sein Tal U Mattar #24

On 12/4, 12/5 and 12/6 ASiddur had scrolling text of "V'Sein Bracha". The 
summary also indicated to say V'Sein Bracha. It should have reminded to 
say V'Sein Tal U Mattar. This occurred on a Nokia cellphone. Not tested on 
other platforms.

This is a bug on all platforms.  The problem is in
src/com/saraandshmuel/asiddur/common/TextFunctions.java, in the 
getReminderString
function.  The string is incorrect and needs to be fixed.
