Supply Palm OS .prc file #6

Palm OS users would prefer to be able to download a .prc application,
rather than a midlet.  Palm does supply a windows tool to create a .prc. 
Unclear if going this route allows the midlet to be selected as a
first-class application, with application shortcuts, etc.
