The original fix with the android installer apk doesn't work anymore after the update on OxygenOS 14

Actually I found out that as long as you installed the stuff on Android 13 and then do the incremental upgrade to 14 it would work but stupid me uninstalled car stream and it no longer works but everything else I had on 13 works.
