Remove all 'No Activity in 8 Days' Icons #380

Replace with a blank 'No Images Available' icon

As this will be sent server side, to have it for all versions, could you please send me a new placeholder image?

Stian made the one for the venue view so I don't have that....

It is essentially the same just larger, isn't it? This is the version in our repository https://github.com/shnergle/ShnergleApp-iOS/raw/master/ShnergleApp/Images.xcassets/Images/No_Activity_Background.imageset/No_Activity_Background%402x.png Anyway this shows that there is a problem, as this needs to be changed in the app. Current versions would show this whenever there are no images...

There are very few venues without any images..... that is a danger I am willing to accept in the interim until we get the new version out. #IIWII (it is what it is!)

I have the large one for inside the venue, but not the small one for Around Me etc. or did I oversee that one?
