KK MultiCopter Flasjing

The following error was encountered while flashing the KK Multicopter 
Blackboard through KKFLASHTOOL and USBasp. Required help

Flash the firmware from repository.

C:\Documents and Settings\R.K

avrdude.exe done.  Thank you.

Error during setting the fuses.

I have same exact issue ,,,, :(
I have tray many may but nothing change 

What i did is that 
1- i have install kkmulticopter flash tool 
2- i have install usbasp driver
 3- i conect the usbasp to the pc then  i go to devices and printer ... The end message of the device is define appear .
4- i open kkmulticopter flash tool then try to update the firmware this message 
appear  say somthing about fuses setting and checing the conection 

Please help me with that ,,, im in this problem sense 3 weeks ago :(

install the programmer drivers...download usb asp drivers
