Install instructions #1

If you're not familiar with Go, you might have some difficulty getting this to run... For me, I used:

go get -v github.com/shochdoerfer/krunner-gitlab

Output will be something like:

You'll see krunner-gitlab inside ~/go/bin/krunner-gitlab.
