We now have a script for provisioning Linux machines. The Vagrantfile has seen some improvements with support for DNS using multicast, which enables us to test agent-master configs. Some minor bug fixes and QoL improvements to the puppetmaster script.

This is stable enough to move into the experimental branch, there's a bit of cleanup to do but this can be done later on as this is mostly working.
