Building error #11

whenever I try to build with the dependence this is what I get "org.gradle.api.resources.ResourceException: Could not get resource 'https://dl.bintray.com/shodgson/uareu4500reader/asia/kanopi/tools/fingerscan/0.1/fingerscan-0.1.pom'"
