:to_end method on edit_line #126

not a big deal, i was in need of this , just adding it in case ... moves the cursor in a edit_line at the end of the text (eventually needs an osx method ...)

@passenger94, Would you write a new issue for this feature and tag it with OSX so we I don't forget to write the cocoa code?
