Antivirus causes Shoes to be sandboxed and reload #21

Avast! on Windows might cause any Shoes app, Shoes itself and Shoes manual to close and reload. It might also attempt to sandbox the NSIS installer.

Recommended solutions:

Remove offending code such as ShellExecute in https://github.com/Shoes3/shoes/blob/master/platform/msw/stub.c
Obtain a certificate and sign Shoes installer and Shoes
Report Shoes as false positive to Avast! and other antivirus

Is this still relevant after the refactoring in 3.3.3?
