Logic fix for the broken the mouse coordinates for non-wayland sessions #423

@ccoupe After pulling your latest changes, it broke the mouse coordinates again for non-wayland sessions. I thought those hard coded coordinates should only be run when we are in Wayland?

I've tested this new logic using both a Wayland and non-wayland(x11) sessions.
