Set to 0 to compress everything, -1 to disable.

batch-threshold: 0 (pocketmine.yml)

if 0 Fast Transfer 1.02 doesnst work... only get message nothing happends

look, i post it jun 2015 xD i know the protocol in minecraft pe are missing now so plugin dont work anymore
