Removed the ScreenCapture-related APIs. #1407

Description & motivation

Due to the difficulty of maintenance, I have removed ScreenCapture APIs and alternatives. Please migrate accordingly.

IOScreenCaptureUnit
- Copy and paste to use, or use ReplayKit.
attachScreen Api on macOS
- Please use ScreenCaptureKit
