[Fixes] for iOS Build Scripts & SRT StreamID Standard & Error Logging #6

  1. git@github.com will hang terminal if mac user has ssh keys passphrase and fail the build
  2. turn off pc openssl: if user has pk-config : it will defualt to the mac's openSSL and fail the build
  3. openSSL for iPhone has changed the archs names.
  4. openSSL for iPhone has changed from archs to targets
  5. openSSL for iPhone has removed support for arm7/arm6
  6. added support for arm64e
