Debian 7. I can't reproduce under Ubuntu. Redis server version 2.8.9

maybe you have ideas?

I think clientsCron of Redis causes this problem.

13 needs only test 'not too short'.

i will remove test 'not too long'.

Original bug reporter tested 0.12 and seems it's fixed.
