locate broken links and format conversion errors in notebooks #3522

There are all sorts of html tags floating around from old formats, i.e. http://shogun.ml/notebook/latest/Introduction.html

This one also contains broken links. For broken links, please tell us, we might add a new redirect on the website. HTML constructs can be replaced with markdown or otherwise. Just make it look polished :)
