Attribute Error when running python scripts #5146

Hi, When I am trying to compile the .py files, I am getting attribute errors:

AttributeError: module 'shogun' has no attribute 'read_csv'
AttributeError: module 'shogun' has no attribute 'create_features'

and a few more, for a couple of functions. Does this mean shogun isn't installed properly? How to fix this?
