shogun c++ MSVC 2019 with eigen #5155

hello I managed to build the lib but I See that all the examples depend of the availability of the HAVE_LAPACK define I don't see that in the CMAKE structure I have eigen and openblas how can i make shogun load lapack or how can i make it use eigen instead ? thanks jac
