keep getting 13 and 15 showing up in script

So I have this running on Mattermost and able to add feeds but what i noticed keeps showing 13 and 15. Example:

13 How to add IPA users to a local group 06 -[Red Hat Enterprise Linux] 15https://access.redhat.com/solutions/2694941

It's related to the IRC coloring option (HUBOT_RSS_IRCCOLORS), guess you have to leave to false for everything but IRC.
