Create Main UI Routes #8

My plan is to setup three main routes.

Login - a component belonging to the app module. User is only sent here if they are not authenticated.
Dashboard - a lazy loaded module with the main UI cards for routing within the app.
Duel Room - a lazy loaded module for the duel itself.

The lazy modules will all be loaded asynchronously after the main bundle is loaded to decrease the wait for the main bundle.
