Command-R should refresh the repository status #75

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GitX allows me to hit Command-R and refresh the status of the repository. It
would be really nice if
we could just press Command-R instead of having to click the Refresh button
every time

OK ... but of course nothing's ever that simple.
Command-R is currently assigned to the Report toolbar icon ...
so I'll change that to be command-P (like print).
The log refresh button transforms into a cancel button while refreshing,
but we wouldn't want multiple command-R's to stop-start-stop-start the refresh.
This functionality should also work in the log sheet windows (not just
Repository windows).
Finally, command-alt-R should refresh the repository browser (in sheets too) -
for consistency.
