"add to ignore list" feature

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Checkout a folder to a folder with mixed files; some are managed, some are 
not.
2. Open the working copy folder 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Some files could be added to the ignore list and do not show up in the working 
copy folder 
window. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.1/10.5.8
