External URL can now be handled again

Omitted line from a few commits ago was accidentally added again

A progress bar is now displayed when a file is being downloaded

Shows the file size and percent completed stats
Disappears after the file is finished downloading

KeyboardInterrupt exception handling

Upon a keyboard interrupt, the file being processed gets deleted

Forward Slash Escaping Fix

As per issue #6, a sub folder was being created for courses with '/' in their names.
The slashes are now replaced with hyphens

Better Course Detection

As per issue #7, better courses with corequistes detection
