Create a static web site to demonstrate the app.

Tasks

[x] Rename the page to Cells
[X] Host on Github Pages.
[X] Change the HTML file's title to: Cells
[X] Add Sub header: A cellular automata playground
[X] Add the footer back.
[x] Change the Header on the AppComponent to Cells
[X] Fix the damn cell resize bug!
[x] Make it look like a blog post.
- Fixed width
- Match samuelholloway.com styling.
- Introduction paragraph
- Highlight that it works best in chrome.
- The smaller the cells the harder the load on the browser.
[X] Make the grid be on by default. It looks better on the page.
[X] Add a link to samuelholloway.com
