Remove hard coded path to application log. #44

The application is throwing the exception: java.io.FileNotFoundException: /Users/sholloway/Documents/Code/machine-desktop/machine-engine/logs/app.log

Need to make sure the logging works on any machine not just mine. The CI server found this.
