Build on Linux with Clang. #23

Use of C++ threads in 53f291423f405a0e4e6506094589e3ff1386a231 caused issues so we disabled Linux + Clang builds in bb7254a4883fec11fbf565a1c9d240ce172d20a5. We would like to get to the root cause of this issue so that we can re-enable these builds.

I must've been doing something very strange/stupid at the time, because this problem no longer seems to exist at HEAD.
