Cart must accept Coupon/Referral codes #235

The current functionality is fine, but it is not in React. We need a component for it.

Tasks:

[ ] Completely rewrite existing functionality in React component
[ ] Keep Coupon Codes and Referral Codes as separate things for the moment; it will probably be revisited later though.

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] Can process Coupon Code
[ ] Can process Referral Code
[ ] Functions properly inside of the parent Cart component
