Login Component #244

Existing functionality is fine, we just need it to be in React.

Tasks:

[ ] Create email field
[ ] Create password field
[ ] Create Recaptcha infrastructure
[ ] Create login button
[ ] Execute login logic upon click

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] Can enter email
[ ] Can enter password
[ ] Recaptcha shows up if enabled
[ ] Login button will log in with valid credentials or error with invalid credentials
