Currently, the Shopozor sends its e-mails in English and with no particularly nice formatting. We need to inform ourselves on what templated email library we could use for our purposes and how to translate them to French. At the moment, we have the following methods sending e-mails (cf. shopozor.emails):

send_activate_account_email
send_hacker_abuse_email_notification
send_password_reset

The concerned e-mails are the password reset and account creation emails.
